Jenny Joslin is an actor, writer, producer, and singer who is "bayou-coastal" - based between NYC and New Orleans. A member of SAG-AFTRA, she has been honored to work with directors Jodie Foster in Money Monster and Nicholas Stoller in Friends from College.

She starred in Leah Chen Baker's (Palm Trees and Power Lines) debut film Cinephilia, playing a heroine throughout cinema history, from the silent film era to the 1960s New Wave. Jenny's independent film credits include the Southern thriller Cut to the Chase and supernatural epic Earth Mother.

Jenny holds a BFA in Acting from Texas State University, where she broke her elbow on stage while performing as Lady Macbeth. She studied under Lauren Lane's (The Nanny's C.C. Babcock) tutelage, whose unique assignments included secretly observing, aka stalking, a friend for months and then coming to class as that person.

Her training continued in Stratford-upon-Avon with the Royal Shakespeare Company, where she worked with esteemed experts such as Jane Lapotaire and Ben Naylor. She has also studied extensively with acting teachers Larry Moss, Anthony Abeson, Bob Krakower, and Mercedes Ruehl.

The content she has written, produced, and starred in, including a viral video about the wage gap and an award-winning new media musical about the Me Too movement, has been featured in The Huffington Post, Bustle, CNN Money, and Upworthy. Jenny is a published author whose essay about moving to NYC can be found in New York Magazine's book My First New York, alongside little-known figures such as Liza Minnelli, Lorne Michaels, and Nora Ephron.

Refinery29 states that High Herstory, the media company Jenny co-founded has "cemented its reputation as the brand for driven, informed women who use cannabis." The brand has also been covered by Forbes, Business Insider, High Times, Weed Maps, and Thought Catalogue. She produced, co-wrote, co-directed, and acted in a series of the same name that tells the stories of women throughout history from the perspective of cannabis-consuming storytellers, including Roberta Colindrez from Amazon's A League of Their Own. The High Herstory series is available to stream on top platforms Apple TV, Roku, iOS, Android, etc.

Jenny is passionate about traveling, Japanese food, pre-code movies (particularly those of Greta Garbo), playing guitar, singing everything from old country songs to opera, and interior designing beautifully creepy Victorian-era New Orleans houses.
